🔁 2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions for return:

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation

If the return is due to defect or incorrect delivery, Nisoma Ltd. covers return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer choice, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
