MODULAR CYCLING INFRASTRUCTURE

Choose the right modules for your location

Combine repair, pumping, charging, parking and information elements into one complete cycling service point tailored to your users, available space and project requirements.

01

Full repair station

A complete outdoor service point equipped with the essential tools riders need for basic maintenance and adjustments.

The station can include a protected foot pump, pressure gauge, universal valve head, reinforced hose and tools secured with stainless-steel cables.

Best for public parks, municipalities, resorts and busy cycling routes.
02

Compact repair point

A space-efficient and budget-conscious solution for locations where a full freestanding station is not required.

It can be mounted on a wall or pole and upgraded with additional tools, signage, wall protection or custom branding.

Best for hotels, offices, campuses, garages and controlled spaces.
03

Protected pump module

A durable outdoor pumping solution with an integrated pressure gauge, universal valve head and reinforced hose.

The module can operate independently or form part of a larger repair, charging and parking installation.

Best for routes, parking areas, hotels and public cycling stops.
05

Bike wash option

Where a suitable water connection is available, the service point can be adapted with a practical bike-washing function.

This is particularly useful after off-road rides, muddy routes, mountain-bike events and intensive trail use.

Best for bike parks, mountain resorts and outdoor events.
06

Bike parking & service zone

Combine the repair station with bike stands, route maps, information boards and branded panels to create a complete cycling service area.

The result is a visible and useful infrastructure point that supports riders while improving the overall appearance of the location.

Best for municipalities, resorts, campuses and visitor destinations.

A successful cycling service point starts with the right location, configuration and technical preparation — and continues with reliable maintenance after installation.

We review the available space, access, surface, user flow and expected traffic, together with any electrical or water connections required by the selected modules.

02

Configuration and proposal

The modules, quantities, finish, branding, mounting method and technical requirements are combined into a clear project-specific configuration.

Preparation and installation

After the site is prepared, the equipment is delivered, positioned, securely installed and checked before being placed into service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions before planning your station

Key information about installation, charging compatibility, customization, utilities and long-term maintenance.

Can the station be installed outdoors all year round?

Yes. The station and selected modules are intended for outdoor installation. The final configuration, mounting method and site preparation should still be reviewed according to the local climate, surface conditions and expected level of use.

Do riders need to bring their own tools?

Not for common adjustments. The repair station includes an integrated set of essential tools secured to the structure with protected cables. The exact tool selection can be adapted to the project.

Can the charging point charge every e-bike?

The standard charging module provides protected electrical sockets. Riders connect their own charger that is compatible with the bicycle battery. This avoids dependence on one battery connector or e-bike brand.

What utilities are required at the installation site?

A repair station and manual pump can operate without an electrical connection. Charging modules require a suitable protected electrical supply. An optional bicycle-wash point also requires water access and appropriate drainage.

Can the colours and branding be customized?

Yes. The colour scheme, logos, partner branding, user instructions, route information and visual panels can be adapted to the municipality, hotel, resort, company or destination.

Can additional modules be installed later?

Yes. The modular approach allows the service point to begin with an essential repair configuration and expand later with charging, additional parking, information panels or other compatible modules. The initial site layout should allow for the planned expansion.

Who handles installation and maintenance?

EMOB can help coordinate the configuration, technical requirements, delivery and installation process. Foundations, electrical work or water connections may be completed with qualified local contractors, depending on the project. Periodic inspection of tools, pump, fasteners, sockets and user information is recommended.
